**When your Click and Collect order is ready for collection, we will contact you by SMS or email. Your Click and Collect order must be picked up within 14 days.
**At the time of collecting your Click and Collect order you will be required to provide a copy of your Click and Collect email notification and photo proof of your identity. In the event that you are not personally able to pick up your Click and Collect order you may appoint a representative on your behalf who must at the time of collection provide a copy of the email notification and photo proof of identity.
