Returns Policy

Angel Orchid Lingerie is not happy unless you are happy.  We will accept your garment for return for a refund on the following conditions:

 

RETURNS (CHANGE OF MIND/TOO BIG/TOO SMALL)

  1. If you are not happy with your purchase you must return your garment/item within thirty (30) days of delivery of your order in its original condition with proof of purchase.
  2. Original condition means that the garment/items are unused and returned free of deodorant, make-up and tan marks or other signs of wear and use.
  3. We will not accept returned garments/items which show signs of having being worn, washed or marked as referred to in paragraph 2 above and/or which have had labels, tags, stickers or hygiene seals removed or damaged.
  4. The cost of the original shipping will not be refunded.
  5. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless items are returned in accordance with your statutory rights under Australian Law.
  6. Angel Orchid Lingerie is not responsible for any lost packages. We recommend that you use a postal service that can be tracked to return the garments/items to us.
  7. If the refund of the garment/item renders the balance of the remaining spend in that particular transaction less than the free shipping criteria then the cost of the express shipping that would have been payable will be deducted from the refund.
  8. If the garment/items returned included a free gift or part of a special price bundle then all gifts in the bundle and the garment/item must be returned in their original packaging.
  9. If it is considered that a refund is not fairly due then the garment/item will be returned by standard shipping.

 

RETURNS (FAULTY OR WRONG ORDER RECEIVED)

  1. If you are not happy with your purchase due to damaged or faulty goods or incorrect supply of order, you must return your garment/item as soon as possible.
  2. Before returning any faulty garment/item you must notify Angel Orchid Lingerie providing a description of the fault and a photo or photos clearly depicting the fault.
  3. If the refund of the garment/item renders the balance of the remaining spend in that particular transaction less than the free shipping criteria then the cost of the express shipping that would have been payable will be deducted from the refund.
  4. If the garment/items returned included a free gift or part of a special price bundle then all gifts in the bundle and the garment/item must be returned.
  5. Angel Orchid Lingerie reserves the right to assess the condition and age of the returned garment/item.
  6. If it is considered that a refund is not fairly due then the garment/item will be returned by standard shipping.

It is a condition of most credit card providers that refunds be made and processed to the same card to which the original purchase was made to avoid any fraudulent activity. Accordingly refunds will be made to the original method of payment within seven (7) business days of the receipt of the returned goods. Shipping fees will be refunded in the case of faulty or damaged goods.”
