AVAILABILITY
Due to unforeseen circumstances or supply issues, goods on the website may be out of stock or unavailable to order and Angel Orchid Lingerie may not be able to fulfill your order or part thereof. If that is the case Angel Orchid Lingerie will undertake to contact you and process a refund.
ORDERS OF GOODS, SIZING AND SAFETY
It is recommended you check your order before submitting to ensure that you have provided accurate information with regard to your personal details (or the details of the intended recipient) and that you have selected the correct goods.
Angel Orchid Lingerie will not be liable for inaccurate personal details and addresses for delivery of your goods. In addition, once an order has been submitted, it will not be able to be cancelled unless otherwise required by law.
It is acknowledged and understood by you that all images and pictures on this website are for illustration purposes; that the colour or colours of the goods may vary slightly in real life; and that stockings, jewellery, shoes or any other accessory is not included unless otherwise listed in the description of the particular goods.
It is also acknowledged that due care has been taken in sizing and measurements to ensure close to accuracy as possible of all goods. The sizing chart should be referred to ensure close to possible sizing.
Care should be taken when using some of the products on this site with regard to neck chokers, collars and chains. They are only designed for wearing for light-hearted fun and not for any rough or dangerous activity. You also acknowledge that the chains are made of lightweight metal and fine links are not strong and not designed for rough activities and have been described as ornamental.
To avoid the danger of suffocation or choking please keep all packing bags and garments away and out of the reach of babies, children and pets. Do not use our packaging in cots, beds, prams or carriages and keep all products and packaging and bags away from fires, ovens, naked flames, candles or heat or any other source that could cause harm, choking, suffocation or flammability.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery costs and delivery time frames are set out in the Delivery section of this website however, Angel Orchid Lingerie cannot guarantee that you will receive your delivery within the specified time frame in the case of any unforeseen circumstances or any circumstances out of its control.
Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and Angel Orchid Lingerie is not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Angel Orchid Lingerie, nor is Angel Orchid Lingerie liable, except by law, with respect to any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury to you or any third party suffered due to the change of delivery times or delay in delivery.
CLICK AND COLLECT
Click and Collect is another option for receiving your goods. Details of location and availability is under our Delivery Policy. When your click and collect order is ready for collection, we will contact you by SMS or email. Your goods for click and collect will generally take 2-3 business days.
At the time of collecting your goods you will be required to provide a copy of your Click and Collect email notification and photo proof of your identity. In the event that you are not personally able to pick up your Click and Collect order you may appoint a representative on your behalf who must at the time of collection provide a copy of the email notification and photo proof of identity.
Click and Collect orders must be picked up within fourteen (14) days from the date of the email notification that your order is ready for collection.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Angel Orchid Lingerie handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with it Returns Policy.
